You will get this for finishing 75 quests.

If you're enjoying the game like I do then I recommend to do every side-quest you can get from various survivors. This way you will be rewarded with cash and other nice things and it helps to level up faster. You will also find many collectibles and locations this way.

I got the achievement after the first quests in Act 3.

Easily obtained.. I did this with 2 characters on ACT I.. I did all of the quests a few times each and got it.. Very simple
