This achievement is called savior in order to get it you need to help 5 people besieged by zombies.. to do this drive around until you see a skull icon on radar with enemy to kill ... kill all the zombies then talk to person you just saved from the zombies.

k in resort area
#1 behind where you first start is a bunker with a survivor with 2 thugs and 4 zombies to kill- doesn't appear until chapter 2
#2 on beach near surf shop is a survivor surrounded by zombies in a truck near start of game can be done on chapter 1
#3 on beach near where you get the green truck there's a path that will go down to beach turn right and there will be a stage with zombies and some guy on top.- maybe chapter one but for sure can be done on chapter 2
#4 on beach near diamond district area not inside the district but across from it will be a bar and a shack with a survivor surrounded by zombies when done he will give you a quest called house full of surprises.
#5 on road going past gas station that's near light house there will be a hill near a tunnel a women survivor forget name will ask you to help her husband whose trapped in their car.
#6 past the couple whose husband was trapped in car on way to other gas station not near the light house there will be a survivor called Harlan behind some wire fencing near a shack with zombies trying to get in from fence run over zombies talk to Harlan to get quest... for quest there's some rocks nearby that will let you jump into the back yard- kill thug in house talk to him once that's done for some cash and another quest to get fuel from gas station
#7 Luke Craig in golden district bungalow area will have insulin for you to give to his brother who's in silver district bungalow area forget bungalow numbers...
#8 in golden district bungalow area a house will be besieged with the continuous even for water npc named Kim something and with Annie who wants her teddy bear...
#9 in silver district bungalow there will be a blue truck with 2 survivors the husband has been bitten and wants you to drive his wife to lighthouse once that's done she will give you a homemade double blade
#10 omar is near the house where you get Annie's teddy bear he will have a quest to kill a thug for a safe key then next quest is to escort him to lifeguard tower for a revolver
#11 is besieged hold up in a bar named Stanley hes near area where Omar is located just up some stairs nearby once hes save will want a shit ton of alcohol for quest out of stock
#12 near Luke who you get insulin from will be a house with a survivor in it that babbles on about someone named Timmy he was forced to kill

these are all the survivors in resort area I remember not sure which counts but all should be able to be done sometime from chapter 2-3ish
