Quite easy achievement... Win a game vs. the Computer on semi-pro difficulty.

To help out, try going a 5-star team, like Chelsea or Barcelona, and play against a 1/2-star team like Morecambe or Dag & Red in the English Coca-Cola League 2. This will make it easier for your players to score goals and defend.
