This achievement goes hand in hand with the Road Trip (drive a total distance of 10 kilometers) achievement. The fastest way to get this achievement would be after getting your first truck at the Life Guard station, drive from the station to the Gasoline Station that's on the far south west of the map. On the way you'll find a large number of infected/zombies.

(the gasoline station will be at where the ID card is, all the way at the bottom left of the screen.
