This achievement is obtained by severing 100 limbs from mobs in the game. From personal experience it has to be from a live mob (In other words you can't kill a mob and proceed to hack off both his arms and legs). So if you're concentrating on this achievement in any way aim for the arms during combat with a sharp weapon is my best recommendation. Regular Zombies usually die from having their limbs removed so you can usually only get 1 limb per kill (besides thugs and special Zombies).
