how i did it was make a new char and went to chapter 2 at life guard tower
kept checking game lobby till i saw a game with three different chars joined it and drop out to main menu went to recently played list and joined again with the right char needed to unlock it... might take awhile to find a game with three different chars

tips
check game lobby at life guard tower and fast travel to light house and check there lobby seems to change with different games appearing at other locations
can be done in any chapter but seems that most games are in the early chapters
