This can be accomplished in Chapter 6: Lair of Giants.
NOTE: You CAN select the final checkpoint of the chapter to obtain these -- you don't have to start from the beginning of the chapter.

Just go to chapter select, choose the final checkpoint for mission 6, set the difficulty to easy, and cruise through the chapter.

You will need to continue forward (open 2 doors), and you be able to obtain the vengence launcher on your right,.along with the power axe.
Also, only kill the enemies required, GO for the objecties to get cut scenes / complete the mission quickly.
