Simply complete all three objectives in the "Firestorm" Mission of The Original Series Campaign, they are:
Destroy Mining Facility (Rescue the Federation Ship and destroy the Facility and you'll get the Hero of Kathras Achievement)
Destroy the Shipyard
Destroy the Weapons Platform
Complete the above and the achievement will unlock moments after you blow up your final objective.
