From the main menu, select "Special Features", then "Bonus Store" dead in the middle, then "Exclusive Content" in the upper right. Look to the middle of the bottom row when the page loads and select "Sellout" - costs $66,666

Note, doesn't pop until you back out of the store and the game saves.
