There are 30 chapters, and you can resume from the last checkpoint (chapter) you reached.

The final chapter is quite tough, but I created a map for it which you can find here:

This should make it a bit easier. I'm also including a YouTube video, but honestly the map is more useful.

Update: Since the last Gravity Guy patch, this Achievement has become somewhat glitchy. Try beating the game a second time to unlock it. A downer, I know.
