First off, CREATE a 1-match RANKED Battle match.
I say create because then obviously you have the advantage of picking a song you know well. Then, if you want the achievement really easily, pick Easy. Powerups such as Amp Overload will have less of an effect, and even if you do get Amp Overloaded, just look into your opponent's chart to play.
This may take a few tries due to Whammy powerups and Left Flip, but keep at it and you'll get it. |

| The true easy way is with a friends help, just host a ranked battle match for 7 songs (could be anyone picking your favorite songs on easy), and let the other one search with these specifics (its very rare that someone is actually looking for a 7 song match) and let your friend NOT attack you, and just go for the 150 notes. |
