This achievement is gained by defeating the Tyrant in the cargo hold of the aeroplane at the games half-way point.
The easiest way to drop him is to use the B.O.W gas rounds for the grenade launcher. As far as I'm aware, there is only one set to pick up & they can be found in the same room as the 3d scanner that was used in the begining of the game. After using these on the tyrant, switch to grenade rounds, and remember to keep your distance from him. When the slingshot is ready to fire again, hit the button & watch that bald grey sucker plummet out the back of the plane.
