In Chapter 15, after you rescue 2099 from the army of failed experiments, you'll briefly be chased by Atrocity before you see a "hall monitor" who has the key you need to proceed.
The main goal of this mission is to activate the 3 computers and warp to another room, beat the gaurd, and warp back with his key. That will win you this achievement, but it is WAAAAY easier said than done.
The 1st room, the warped to room, and then back to the 1st room again all have small armies (30+ enemies) in them, and there are web of challenges for each room which will make you not want to avoid conflict. I haven't gotten back here yet on my hard play through, but I might rush through it then…
