Follow the "Spider Snagger Supreme" guide to find the locations of all the hidden spiders. In addition to the hidden spiders, there are also combat spiders, awarded for defeating all the enemies in certain areas. If you are vigilant, and collect all the spiders as they come this will pop about halfway through Chapter 9.
Here's a breakdown by Chapter:
Chapter 2 "Things Fall Apart": 3 hidden spiders, 1 combat (beat the Combat Elegance challenge)
Chapter 3 "Wild Cards": 5 hidden spiders, 3 combat spiders (beat all the enemies in the Obstacle Endurance, Combat Elegance and Obstacle Dexterity areas)
Chapter 4 "No Way Out": 5 hidden spiders, 3 combat spiders (beat all the enemies in the Combat Endurance, Combat Strength, and all the enemies on Floor 44)
Chapter 5 "Pro and Anti-Venom": 3 hidden spiders, 1 combat spider (beat all the enemies in the Combat Strength area)
Chapter 6 "Fighting the Future": 3 hidden spiders, 1 combat spider (beat all the enemies in the Combat Strength area)
Chapter 7 "Back from the dead": 5 hidden spiders, 1 combat spider (beat all the enemies in the Obstacle Endurance area)
Chapter 8 "Here there be Monsters": 5 hidden spiders, 3 combat spiders (beat all the enemies in the Combat Endurance, Obstacle Endurance, and Combat Strength areas)
Chapter 9 "Cause and Effect": 5 hidden spiders, 3 combat spiders (beat all the enemies in the Obstacle Dexterity, Combat Elegance and Combat Strength areas).
