Sword Master
Clear level 1 using only the Sword
First and foremost, you CAN change settings to make this achievement even easier. Choose Single Player > Arcade Mode > Normal Play. Now you will have a few options that you can alter. Change the difficulty to Very Easy, start with 10 ships, and extension every 1,000,000. You can even run out of lives and use continues.
The description of this achievement is actually a little misleading since you start the game on Stage 3A but in reality, this is really Level 1. Make sure the only weapon you use is your RT button attack which is your sword. If you press any other weapon button, you will invalidate this achievement. There are 5 parts to Level 1 and they are: 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, and 3E. The achievement will unlock upon completing 3E. |
