When the opponent hits the ball to you simply put the hand that does not have a glove on it over the circle that signifies where to put your glove to catch the ball. The ball will then hit your hand and the circle with the ball on it will then move. When this happens put your glove hand in the circle and catch the ball. Achievement will unlock once it happens.
