First, make sure that you are playing a game with 5 minute quarters on Varsity difficulty. This achievement will not unlock if you are playing shorter quarters/easier difficulty (personal experience). It is also a good idea to use a team like Ohio State (which is rated A-) versus San Jose State (rated D+).
Prior to the game beginning, adjust the sliders so that "Offsides is turned off".
When you kick the ball off, the CPU will most likely end up on the 20 yard line (as it seems like 99% of kicks end up being touchbacks). Prior to each of their snaps, take one of the defenders and place them right behind the quarterback, but when moving the defender into place, make sure you do not run into any offensive players (as this would result in an offsides penalty). Each time the ball is snapped, sack/tackle the quarterback immediately.
By the time it is fourth down, you want it to be around 4th and 20, because the punter will end up standing in the end zone to kick the ball. Once again, take the defender offsides and place him next to the punter.
VERY IMPORTANT - Do not place the defender between the center and the punter as this game is actually smart enough to know that a football cannot pass through another solid object. If the defender is directly between the center and the punter, the snap will result in a fumble.
Once the ball is snapped, tackle the punter in the endzone and get your safety. The nice thing about going for this achievement on a punt is that the punter is guaranteed to take a slight bit longer to set up and it is a completely predictable play, making it significantly easier.
