Much like the other 'power destiny choice' achievements, this is storyline integral and cannot be missed. At periodic moments throughout the game you will be given a choice between two new branches in your power tree... pick whichever you like the best and, bam, easy 20 points. The third one comes pretty late in the game, but just keep playing and you'll get it.
