i have just found a way to make this achievement alot easier.

start match on amateur using a 5 star team against a 1 star team, but before the match starts go on xbox 360 controller settings scroll to the bottom and change where it says tactical defending to legacy defending.

This will change back to fifa 11 tackling style so you can just hold down LT and A then let go of LT while stil holding A to tackle a alot easier.

i would advise you change it back after this as the tackling cannot be changed for online matches. You dont want to be getting used to this again cuz when it comes to going online you wont be used to tactical defending and will probably get your arse kicked.
