To change your settings to Manual Controls go from the Main Menu to Costumise Fifa, Settings, Controls, Xbox 360 Controller. Here is the detailed changing list plus the default settings in the brackets if you're wondering how they were to change them back:
- Auto Switching: Manual (Air Balls)
- Auto Switching Move Assistance: None (None)
- Passing Power Assistance: Off (Off)
- Pass Assistance: Manual (Assisted)
- Through Pass Assistance: Manual (Assisted)
- Shot Assistance: Manual (Assisted)
- Cross Assistance: Manual (Semi)
- Lob Pass Assistance: Manual (Assisted)
- Save Assistance: Manual (Assisted)
- Analog Sprint: On (Off)
- Defending: Tactical Defending (Tactical Defending)
It's easiest done on a Kick-Off, Exhibition Match with a 5-Star Team against any Half Star-Team from the english npower League 2 on Amateur difficulty. |

There is an easier way to do this than first thought. Start up an Exhibition Match and then choose a 5* star team to your liking and put yourself against Accrington Stanley. Can be played on Amateur to make this even easier. Now, to make the controls Manual you need to go in to Xbox 360 controller settings and turn off anything that may give you an advantage. i.e. shot assistance, auto-switch etc etc (Make sure you have tactical defending on!)
If you are still struggling you can also turn down the CPU traits and turn your own ones up, much like the "Riding Bikes" achievement guide. To do this go in to game settings and click through the pages with RT. You will then see player traits and CPU traits. Turn your shot error down and their pass error up (As just a few examples of how to make this even easier)
Doing this I managed to beat a Legendary Arsenal team with Chelsea to combine achievements. |

To further add to Sn1gaaaZ's solution: you can use a second controller to control the other team.
I used their list but tried a second controller.
I also combined it to get the 80% tackling via the goal kick method. |
