UPDATE - MARCH 2013
It has come to my attention that the challenge is no longer available and that this achievement is no longer achievable. Sorry for anyone who didn't manage to get it while it was up. You can always try talking to the EA dev's on Twitter like I did, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

CHALLENGES ARE BACK UP!!! See current update.
After countless hours of online chatting, emails, phone calls and an email to the CEO of EA Sports, I finally got this response -

"I've contacted the Studio and they are going to do one last challenge. When they let me know the date, I'll tweet it.^EX "
"I actually chatted with the Studio yesterday about it the moment you alerted me to the issue. Need for Speed did (1/2)
something similar a few months back when I let them know about an achievement issue with the Race the Devs.(2/2)"

So when they let me know, I'll update this post. Hooah, being in the Army and being a pain in the ass seems to have paid off.

I asked for an update on the date, if it would be before or after the holidays, this is what I got.
"I haven't gotten official word on the date. It may be in January. Hang tight. I'll keep you posted. ^EX"
"I am going to follow up with the DevI spoke to last week about this. Thanks for your patience.^EX"

Shot them a message since the holidays have passed, this is what I got.
"I don't have 100% confirmation, but I've been informed there should be more info before end of week. :D Exciting! ^EX"

Finally, after busting my ass talking with EA, Challenges are back up for the next 42 days or so. Enjoy that 100% completion everyone lol
