I'm surprised this hasnt been mentioned but the easiest way of doing this is to have a friend put a gold card player on the trade list for at least 15,000 buy it now and then quickly search for that player and use the buy it now option.

Then once thats given you the achievement just put the same player back up for the same price so that your friend can get their card back and you get your 15000 back aswell as this will give your friend the achievement aswell when they buy it back.
