In my solution you can get 3 achievements really easy
And they are:
The Massive Signing achievement in FIFA 12 worth 32 pointsSign a player better than anyone else on your club during the transfer window
The Procrastinator achievement in FIFA 12 worth 23 pointsSign a player on Deadline Day in the transfer window in Career Mode
So lets begin (this is exactly what I did to the T)
I chose Manchester CITY (as they had 147,000,000 to spend)
Difficulty: Amateur (THIS IS A MUST)
Career Style: Player Manager (THIS IS A MUST)
Reason for this is you get more money for 'Amateur' and you get more for 'Player Manager'
When starting your career you should have:
Starting money : 147,000,000
Wage : 825,000
When you start at the main menu of you career you'll see 'Calendar'
goto calendar and goto to the next month (August 2011)
Sim until 'deadline day' (31st August 2011 if I recall)
You can't miss it, it has a blue highlight in a corner and a clock/timer in it.
As you start advancing to the 'Deadline Day' you will receive emails of offers.
If your just after the achievement just ignore these.
NOTE: you will have to keep going back to the calendar and simming to Deadline Day EVERYTIME you get an email as it interrupts your 'Simming'.
When the big day arrives (it's impossible to miss as it has an announcement for it)
You will also see a GREEN timer starting at 10 hours.
Goto 'Transfers' > Buy Players
Search for overall: 90 - 100 (saves typing in names and theres very few people that are above 90 so it keeps the list small)
You will see:
L.Messi
C. Ronaldo
Xavi
Iniesta
W.Rooney
A.Robben
I choose C.Ronaldo (no specific reason)
Option : Transfer
Amount : 120,000,000 (I offered Real Madrid 120,000,000 as they ask for 117,000,000)
Then click 'advance' the hours will then start to decrease.
NOTE: everytime you click 'advance' the hours will decrease by 1 hour.
You will eventually hear from Real Madrid saying that they will accept the 120,000,000 offer and you can now deal with him directly.
I then offered Ronaldo himself:
350,000 a week
20% bonus
5 year contract
He then accepted my offer.
NOTE:
it will take you to the transfer offer
Make sure you select 'YES' to make the deal final.
If you don't make it final you will miss the deadline day and miss the achievement.
Once you have finalized the deal you will now get the achievements:

And
The Procrastinator achievement in FIFA 12 worth 23 pointsSign a player on Deadline Day in the transfer window in Career Mode
For those who wish to get a further achievement you can 'ADVANCE' to go a little more into september.
WARNING - DO NOT SIM
I simmed a few matches and missed a few days where I could have got the achievement.
So make sure you 'ADVANCE' into September and you will see RED markers with a microphone in the centre, press 'X' to interact and then simply select a team to comment on and then
BLOOOP
You will then get:
And there you go - 45G
