For this achievement, you can play any gamemode you prefer: Manager Mode, Player/Manager Mode, Be-A-Pro Mode, Exhibition Match... In Exhibition, be sure to pick the team you assigned your pro too. If you are playing 5 matches with Barcelona and switch to Manchester City, be sure to change the team on your Pro.
