Select Xbox Live from the main menu, and then select 'Leaderboard', and from there choose 'Stage Record Leaderboard'. Choose a rally and a stage. select one of the entries in the leaderboard and hit Y to download the ghost. Back out of XBox live and select 'Single Player, Time Attack'. Choose a car and then find the rally and stage for the ghost you downloaded. 'Downloaded Ghost' shold now be enabled, select it and race. Achievement pops when you exit from the 'results' screen - you don't need to beat the ghost
