Just reach reputation level 70 in "The Road to WRC" mode. If you finish 1st in all events you should get this somewhere in season 7 or 8.

Do not worry about reputation - once you reach season 8 there will be several events which reward you with 20.000 (!) reputation points. I started season 8 with level 66 and after the first event (2 ralleys) I was level 73.
