Pressing Select during the game or after completing a level, from the weapon upgrade screen press LB to come to the menu where your character's statistics can be upgraded (Strength, Armor, Weapon, Constitution and Templar's Curse). Each completed level gives you one Victory Point you can enhance your statistics with. Simply buy all 8 upgrades for the respective skill and press B to go back to the game to unlock their achievements.
