As with taking a perfect corner, you have to score 4 out of 4 blocks on the pass (indicated on the left side of your HUD) for it to be perfect.
Overtake a car while staying on the track and without crashing or touching the other car. Make sure to pass the car as close as possible to score 4/4 instead of 3/4.
You will probably get this in your first couple of races. |

To achievement a Perfect Pass you need to receive 4/4 blocks for the pass (Displayed on the left of your screen)
A Perfect Pass is judged on 2 things:
Being very close to the car you are passing (Almost touching sometimes)
Avoiding contact with the car you are passing
Staying on the track (Avoiding walls as well)
Abide by these 3 things and you should earn yourself a 4/4 Pass score and the achievement will be yours.
