When you load the game, Forza asks you to do one of two things:

A) Wave your hand to use Kinect
B) Press A to use the controller

At this point use, wave your hand to use Kinect controls. It will then ask you what you want to do. Select "hot lap." You will then be taken to choose a car model to drive. I would suggest using a slower car, as it will be far easier to control. After the car model you will be asked to choose a circuit to drive on. I would suggest using The Indianapolis Race track (the Indy Circuit). This will save you the headaches of having to know a lot of turns.

After a short few seconds after you start the "hot lap" this achievement will pop for you. You do not have to finish the "hot lap" should you not want to at this point. You can back all the way out to the first screen if you want to go back to a normal controller after the achievement pops.
