| After you get the recipe to make bandages, go to halek hagar the vendor, Buy antiseptic formulas for 8 dollars and cloth rags for 4 dollars, and buy as much as each you can, then make them into bandages and sell back for 12 dollars, and repeat till you have the achievement..you break even, so dont worry about going broke |
