None of these type of achievements seem to state it explicitly but you need to make sure that you are set to at least 5 minute quarters for the achievement to unlock.

This is pretty easy to get if you adjust your sliders to increase your chance of a 3 pointer going in. Then just use a good shooter like Ray Allen and rain those threes. If you increase your quarter lengths even further with adjusted sliders you could work on quite a few of these stat based achievements in one game (Kevin Durant 48 pts for instance)
