To start make you have to make the game quarters at least 5 minutes each ( I recommend making them bigger to be safe, because the achievement pops up when reached the goal, you don't have to play the whole game), you can also play on Rookie difficulty
Also, you can do this in 2 ways:
1- With 2 controllers
2- Against the CPU
1st way - With 2 controllers:
Turn Shot Clock off in the Rules so you don't have to stress with getting things done in 24 seconds at a time (you can also turn almost all rules off so you don't have to worry with 3-seconds, etc...)
a very easy way to get the 10 Rebounds : get control of the player you want to get the rebounds with and place in the center of the paint (over the line inside the paint)
Then controlling the offensive team make a shoot at mid-way from the 3 pt line and the halfway line, and as soon as you shoot press A on the controller that is defending so you change from the player you want to get the rebounds to another player (by doing this the CPU will take control of that player and will almost everything place him perfectly to get the rebound)
Getting the 10 assists is even easier, just edit the offensive sliders so you have 100 in all shoot related sliders, give the ball to the player getting the assists and just start the offense, pass to any player and just shoot
And that's it... if you're having any troubles getting the rebounds, you can also edit the heights of the players in both teams making them all 5"3 and the player you want getting the rebounds very tall and edit his stats also in rebounds and defensive awareness, etc...
2- Against the CPU
It's a bit more difficult, but not much... you have to edit the offensive sliders to 0 so the CPU misses their shots
Edit your sliders to 100 in Rebounding and 0 for the CPU...
