This year, you only have to PLAY and complete a Team Up game - you don't have to win.

Simply register through the game to play the online mode, go to Quick Match Team Up, and play one game. The achievement unlocks after you're back in the online menus.

EDIT: It appears that if it doesn't unlock clearing your cache will allow it to pop the next time you boot the game.
