This can be done as soon as the first mission where you can fly the AC-130. You will have three weapons at your disposal; a 120mm mortar as well as a 40mm and 25mm canon. You switch weapons with the X button. Make sure you kill at least one target with each weapon.

In the first AC-130 mission you can easily kill the first group of vehicles on the road with the mortar, then a second lone vehicle with the 40 mm canon. Soon after you will encounter a group of rebels in the ruins which you will be prompted to take out. Use your 25 mm and the achievement should unlock!
