Easy way for me, so you wont get the same missions over and over by joining a random, was to host a room mission co-op and just go down through each stage with one or two partners

-Oil Field (air battle)
-East African Town (helicopter)
-Dubai (air battle)
-Derbent (air/ground battle)
-ICBM Base (air battle)
-Central Moscow (helicopter)
-Moscow (air battle)
-Miami (air battle)

Also in each stage there are some "special pilots" with unique names that if you shoot down you'll be rewarded with different skin colors so you may want to keep an eye open for bonus
