If you have the DLC for this, then this happens anyway, but I'll still make a guide.
It's very simple. You either go to Gamlen's House (act one) or Hawke's Estate (Act Two+Three), and there should be a plot point, that when you press the statue that says 'mark of the assassin', it'll ask you whether you want to play it. Be cautioned, if you say yes, It'll go directly into the quest (I thought I was just accepting the quest, and there I went, barely a level four), which you can't get out of besides loading a past save.
You'll immiediately get into a cutscene in which after some dialogue, the Antivan Crows ambush you. Then the beautiful Tallis proceeds to kill most of them, then sometime after that (might be after the battle, or the next custcene) the Achievement should pop.
Note that if you leave Hightown and it hasn't been obtained, its probably a glitch. |

Can't be missed, story related.
This achievement will pop just after the first introduction ambush, when you meet Tallis and she explains what she wants from you. |

This achievement is completely story related. You start the DLC from the object in your home (or in Gamlen's home if you are still in Act 1), much like you did in Legacy.
After a couple cut-scenes you will be faced with a lot of Antivan Crows. Once you are done with the crows, another cut-scene pops, along with this achievement. |
