After starting the game, you'll find yourself playing as Bruce Wayne. This is essentially the "tutorial" where you'll learn the basic fighting mechanics. After you beat up Penguin and his goons, you'll be tasked with reaching high ground to gain access to a drop-pod Albert sent you containing your suit and gadgets.

Simply scale the Chemical building and access the drop-pod to gain this simple achievement.
