Iv ARK ANGEL vI's soulution is decent but he's missing one of the hallways so I put together one in a little more depth.
320 Riddler challenges are required before the location of the fifth hostage room is available. It's in Amusement Mile across the bridge from the Gotham Casinos. On the roof behind the watertower you'll find the ? mark on the wall to press "A" on.
Once inside the main room head right and slide under the projector get to the end of the hallway and see the next obstacle you'll need to slide under currently blocked by a crusher. Aim above it and fire a shot with RT from your REC to pull the crusher up. Time your slide to go under it, the next crusher behind it and finally another slide to go under the low gate to make it through.
Next up is a hallway with four pads, a bunch of hanging ? marks and an electrified path in front of you blocking your progression. Stand on a pad and take aim, individually at the lit up marks, don't quick fire batarangs here. Each time you hit one the countdown timer will start again. Hit the required amount of ? before the timer runs out to proceed, hit the wrong ? mark or run the timer down and you get a shock.
Enter the next hallway and hang a left up a ramp, three steel, stacked crates are inbetween a breakable wall and an electrified barrier, turn around and fire an RT REC shot at the generator to pull the crates back then fire an RB REC shot to send them through the breakable wall. Now you need to guide two remote batarang shots up and over the electrified barrier at the ? mark switches to shut down the barrier, proceed down the hall and up the ladder.
Line launcher time, send a line across the gap of electrified floor pads, change direction midway to your right down the grinder tunnel and hack the Riddler panel at the end, it's a lvl. 2 hack and has a few incorect answers, the correct one is "Bamboozling". Line launch back through the grinder and head right. Grapple up to the next lvl.
You face a corridor of electrified pads look up towards the end of the room where the projector screen is and grapple up, turn around and you'll see two generators on the ground, fire a RB REC shots at them to lift the crates in the cage above them and they'll crash through the breakble floor below. Glide back to the starting point, look up and fire a RT REC shot at the genny to get the crates in position, then look down at the original two gennys on the floor, on an angle and fire a RB REC to send the crates through the breakable wall at the end. Grapple back towards the end of the hallway and proceed to the final corridor.
It's cake from here if you've got your line launching skills down. Launch a line down the hall and get ready to change direction to you left at the end, continue down this next hall and change direction to your left again midway this leads your to the hostage platform and a sweet, sweet 40g |

First of all you need a minimum of 320 Riddler Trophies. This can be either Catwoman or Batmans trophies. Once you have this, simply follow this video that I found on Youtube to talk you through this puzzle and get the achivement.

After you Collect 320 Trophies You will unlock the 5th Riddler Hostage Rescue. This one is kinda long but not too bad. So Lets Start.
First you will want to Slider under the wall on your right below the Riddler's Projection. Next you will see a Generator above you. Hit RT on that to open the gate then time your run and slide to get under the crusher.
Now in the next Hallway you will see three crates in front of you and a generator behind you. Not sure if it makes a difference but use the Generator to Pull the crates toward you first then Push them away to clear the passage. Then use a Remote batarange to hit the Two Question Marks and then as soon as the the Force Field goes down run because the Question Mark also triggers an electrical floor under where you were standing. So be careful.
Now just climb up and use the Line Launcher across the Hall and change direction to go through the tunnel on yoru Right. hack the terminal... (The answer is Bamboozling) and then back through the Grinder Tunnel and again change direction to your right.
In the next Hallway Grapple up forward and turn around. Use RB on the Generator Twice and the crates will knock a hole in the wall
Last Section... which requires some fancy Line Launcher technique but by this point you shouldn't have a problem with it. Just Shoot across but at the very end of the first hallway change to your left make sure not to land on the Red Pressure plates.. then halfway across change direction to your left again and land on the catwalk with the Hostage... and thats all... Hostage Rescued... 40g
If I could make videos of this I would but unfortunately I don't have the capabilties.. Maybe on my next playthrough though. |

This achievement is earned for saving the 5th and final Riddler hostage. 320 riddles are required to be able to access this side mission. I have made a video guide to help. A text guide is below if you prefer. Skip to 5:41 in the video.
After entering the room, slide under the low gate to your right. Pull out your REC and use it to turn on two crushers. Slide under the first one but be careful to not slide under the 2nd one right away because you will be killed. Once the 2nd crusher goes up again be ready to slide under it. Next walk on to 4 black and red floor panels that are not electrified. The Riddler will talk and you will have to throw some batarangs quickly at the green question marks when they light up. Proceed to the next area.
You will see a few boxes ahead but will be blocked from getting to them. Use your REC to move the boxes which will reveal two green question marks on the wall. You can use your remote controlled batarang to hit these two question marks. Proceed forward.
In the next area, the riddler will start talking to you. Aim your line launcher at his projection, but be ready to turn to the right. You should land at device that needs to be hacked so do hack it (the password is bamboozling). After the hack, line launch back out the way you came in and turn to the right again. You will land on a platform and grapple up to the next level.
Pull out the REC and look up. There are more boxes being held by a weak wall. Shoot the REC properly and the boxes will fall. Now look down and you should see another thing to shoot your REC at. Once done properly, the boxes will fling across the room and break a wall. You can then grapple to the other side and drop down or you might be able to line launch.
Finally, get out your line launcher again. Aim it forward and be ready to turn to the left at the end of the hallway. Next, quickly turn to the left again and you should see the hostage. Fire the line launcher and save the hostage.
