I also posted this solution under Campaign Gold.

I went through all the solutions on here for the campaign challenges. I found some VERY helpful videos to follow. I tried each of the other solutions 10 times and got no where. Following these videos got me do with each one on the first try.

These are not my videos - I just found them on youtube.
