When you start sandbox mode, you're dropped on a rooftop in Fortune City. Directly in front of you is a Challenge star floating in the air, which in this case, is to kill as many zombies as possible in 30 seconds.

Simply accept the challenge, and kill at least 10 zombies to obtain a bronze medal, $5,000 and the achievement.
