This one requires you to drink 3 alcoholic drinks in a row and start puking. Then lure a zombie nearest you over and if that zombie steps on the puke, they'll start to slip.

Note: This can be done in co-op. I got this through a friend of mine while we played in Sandbox mode together. He puked up and a zombie stepped in it and *BOOP BEEP* We both got the achievement.
