Cuz there is no Videoguide: here is one.

In Operation Swordbreaker, just after you RPGed the Sniper in the Hotel you need to backup your Medics form the Roof. Here you cant die, else you miss this Achievement (thanks to SecretSpyAgent to find that out) - the Descriptions in the Achievement Details is a bit confusing.

Tipp: After you played thorugh the Campain you can replay the Missions via a Mission Selectionmenu. So just play the Mission on easy, if you have trouble.
