For this achievement you have to 'Extend the Devil Trigger Gauge to maximum capacity'. So you must buy all 7 purple orbs from the shop which will cost you 128,000 red orbs. You will get this achievement at the end of a mission so after you have bought all purple orbs just play any mission to get this achievement.
