Kinect is not easily fooled. I tried this with myself and two human looking dolls and it didn't work.

You need three human sized, human looking, human shaped things in a freestyle section to score this achievement, and they all have to move about when doing so.

You unlock this at the end of the freestyle section. I did this with myself, my brother, and a lifesize cardboard cutout of Frank Lampard (don't ask).
