When playing Tintin and Haddock mode, find one of the bouncing blue and white plastic balls. Switch to Tintin (using d-pad) and throw it, then hold the RT down and use the grappling hook to aim for the ball. Achievement will pop if you manage to catch it before it finishes bouncing.
