This achievement can be earned in Act 3 Chapter 9 - Raptor Chase. To get this achievement you must get a Gold Medal by getting all quick time events correct. If you mess up reload the chapter and try again. Hardest part I hard was where Jess jumps in the fork-lift...my controller kept on sticking for some reason as I was rotating it...so watch out for that otherwise it's pretty easy.
