This is an unmissable achievement, part of Episode 4 The Depths, immediately after the Troodon nest you come to an intersection. At this point you will be forced to survey surrounding tunnels and compare them to a set of blue prints, in order to get this you have to cross off all the intersections on the blueprint Except for the one associated with the X button, this you must say is the correct tunnel, the other characters will ask for confirmation if it is, you say yes it is and the achievement pops.

It should also be noted that you can get the "Three Blind Mice" achievement here if you completed the Troodon nest section perfectly.
