You will get this eventually before the second half of the game, just kill zombies ^^; in the first half of the game, an easy way to kill them is to use the bikes (you have to defeat the psycopath chuck to unlock them).

You will unlock the ninja outfit along with the achievement.

Also, if you play in coop, only the host will unlock the achieve.
