| Make a household with 3 sims, make sure to select 2 of them to be brother/sisters & the third to be a housemate to the other 2 in the relationship screen before you move them into a home, next have the housemate sim & 1 of the brother/sister become best friends then have the other brother/sister flirt with the housemate sim until you get the first kiss option, after they complete the first kiss the achievement will pop |

Create a new game with 3 Sims. Two of them have to be siblings and one needs to be a roommate. (Of course)
-->Give all of them traits like Charismatic, Flirty, Friendly and Hopeless Romantic to make things easier.<-- (This makes it go a lot faster)
Move into any house and let one of the siblings use friendly interactions with the roommate until they are best friends. Next use friendly and romantic interactions between the roommate and the other sibling and kiss the roommate with this sibling. |
