  Missing one artifact?
  If you find yourself with all but one Octo Avis, chances are its the Second, If so this Octo Avis Second is obtainable only as a Mystery Journal objective.. the first task of The Pirate Trasure in fact. Its easy all you need do is dig around the pond at Seaside Terrace (I take no credit for this, as I found it on another site)

  Even though you aren't taking credit for this, thank you for posting it. Because of you, I was able to unlock the last one I needed on a new file.

  Best to have a at least 1 dog at level 10 digging skill to go for this as the higher the leve the more quicker the dog finds them, just keep telling your dog to sniff out something every chance he can when his motives are green enough & he should find all relics befrore you finish all the other achievements
  
  you can see what relics you have by going into build & buy then going into the relics option near the bottom (in buy mode)

  how long did it take you to find all the bird relics? cause I'm trying to find the last one and its taking me hours just to try and find that last one.

  those were the 1st ones my dog found, seemed 2 find most of them around my house (the house opposite the communal garden lot with all the vegetable plants) & my dog found about 2 in central park, he seemed to find quite a few of them by deciding tto go dig something on his own, if i remember correctly isnt there an option you can tell your dog to go sniff out something special? hope this helps

  just to point out i spent hours trying to find the last relic, only to then find out you dig one up as part off one of the mysteries, might want to add that to your guide....
